Social Media & Content Manager

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals. Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, gather insights on audience preferences, and respond proactively to comments or inquiries. Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI. Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. Collaborate with the design team using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing graphics that reinforce branding efforts. Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining a consistent posting calendar. Engage in relationship management by building partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand messaging. Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with branding standards before publication. Support e-commerce initiatives by creating compelling product content and promotional campaigns that drive online sales. Capture high-quality photography and video content for use across digital channels; edit videos using video editing software to enhance storytelling. Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

Expertise in social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), SEO techniques, keyword research, and data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software; graphic design skills are essential.

Hands-on experience managing social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.

Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns with measurable results.

Strong understanding of branding principles combined with public relations skills to maintain a positive online reputation.

Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining consistency across channels.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies that support online sales growth.
